Tenderloin of Beef
1 Tenderloin of Beef (Roast Ready)
seasoned with olive oil, salt, pepper, and fresh crushed garlic
Preheat oven to 450°. Roast approximately 30
minutes. Remove from oven when internal temperature reaches 120°
for Rare, 130° for Medium or 160° for Well Done
Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
