Corned Beef

Special for St. Patrick's Day

We carry both Red and Grey styles of corned beef for St. Patrick's Day. The Red style is available year-round.

Gray style, a local New England specialty, is available for St. Patrick's Day only.

The basic difference is that Red is made with spices and Gray is made with salt only. Both are delicious and great for your New England Boiled Dinner or Corned Beef and Cabbage
