Rack of Lamb for Two
Note: This marinade is great with Loin Lamb Chops Too!
Whisk all ingredients together until it forms mayonnaise consistency. Coat lamb rack (both sides). Broil 5 minutes each side. Turn oven to 400 degrees. Bake for 10 minutes (for rare). Remove from oven, let stand 5 minutes before carving.
