Tasting is open to the public, as Chefs Johnson & Kaul will present
a traditional stew from the Gascony region of southwestern France
where duck is king.

* Garbure - a southwestern French stew of savory cabbage, beans
and bacon with confit duck leg and duck sausage.

has opened recently in Central Square. Johnson's previous venture
was the Blue Room in Kendall Square, Cambridge. |
