The is a delicious soft-ripened double-cream cheese
from France somewhat similar to Brie in appearance and taste, but
perhaps a bit milder. This cheese is made from cow's milk by Fromagerie
Guilloteau in the Rhône-Alpes region using a modern method called
ultrafiltration to concentrate the creamy flavors. The soft bloomy
rind is edible.
